在校企深度融合的基础上,以学生为中心,从理顺学生、学校、企业3者之间的关系等方面论述现代学徒制的概念及内涵;从解决人才培养质量、中职学校教学过程中的薄弱环节、实现中职生“零距离”就业3个层面阐述开展现代学徒制人才培养工作的必要性。同时,以学校模具专业开展现代学徒人才培养模式的成功做法为案例,详细介绍了具体的工作流程、取得的成效以及所面临的困难。
On the basis of in-depth integration between school-enterprise and enterprise, this paper discusses the concept and connotation of modern apprenticeship from the aspects of straightening out the relationship among students, schools and enterprises. From the perspectives of solving the problems such as the quality of personnel training, In the weak links to achieve secondary vocational students “zero distance ” employment three levels elaborate the necessity of carrying out the training of modern apprenticeship talents. At the same time, taking the successful practice of carrying out the mode of modern apprenticeship training in the school mold specialty as a case, it introduces in detail the concrete work flow, the achievements obtained and the difficulties it faces.
