目的:建立气相色谱法(GC)测定中药红曲中油酸和亚油酸的含量。方法:采用石英毛细管柱EC-1000(30 m×320μm,0.25μm);FID检测器;色谱条件:柱温228℃;进样口280℃;检测器FID 300℃。载气高纯N2(纯度大于99.999 9%),柱前压力16.0 psi;分流比10∶1,空气450 mL.min-1,H245 mL.min-1。结果:油酸和亚油酸的加样回收率分别为100.1%和99.2%,重复性良好。结论:本法测定结果准确、可靠、快速、简便,可对中药红曲药材中油酸和亚油酸的含量进行控制。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of oleic acid and linoleic acid in traditional Chinese medicine Monascus by gas chromatography (GC). Methods: A quartz capillary column EC-1000 (30 m × 320 μm, 0.25 μm) was used. The FID detector was used. The chromatographic conditions were: column temperature 228 ℃; inlet 280 ℃; detector FID 300 ℃. Carrier gas High purity N2 (purity greater than 99.999 9%), column pressure 16.0 psi; split ratio 10: 1, air 450 mL.min-1, H245 mL.min-1. Results: The recoveries of oleic acid and linoleic acid were 100.1% and 99.2%, respectively. The repeatability was good. Conclusion: The results of this method are accurate, reliable, rapid and simple, and can control the contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid in traditional Chinese medicine.
