目的了解成都市7~16岁儿童青少年的饮食行为现状及其与青春期发育的关系,为分析影响儿童青少年青春期发育的膳食行为因素提供初步线索。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,抽取成都市1 656名7~16岁儿童青少年为研究对象,分别采用问卷调查和现场观测的方法调查饮食行为和青春期发育状况。结果已首次遗精(简称首遗)的男生摄入零食和含糖饮料的频率分别为2.70和1.46次/d,高于未首遗男生的2.00和0.87次/d(H值分别为5.58,5.61,P值均<0.01);已月经初潮(简称初潮)的女生摄入油炸食品、零食和含糖饮料的频率分别为1.53,2.89和1.29次/d,高于未初潮女生的1.24,2.44和0.86次/d(H值分别为2.62,3.66,5.77,P值均<0.01)。男、女生中,未发育组经常吃早餐的所占比例均高于发育早期组和发育晚期组(χ2值分别为7.83,26.66,P值均<0.05);随青春期发育程度的升高,零食和含糖饮料的摄入频率逐渐增高(男生H值分别为43.97,44.27,女生H值分别为29.47,42.90,P值均<0.01)。结论儿童青少年的饮食行为习惯可能与青春期发育相关,但仍需进一步确证。
Objective To understand the status quo of dietary behaviors among adolescents aged 7-16 years in Chengdu and its relationship with puberty development and to provide preliminary clues for the analysis of dietary behavior factors affecting adolescent adolescent development in Chengdu. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 1 656 children aged 7-16 years in Chengdu as study subjects. The questionnaires and field observations were used to investigate dietary behavior and adolescent development. Results The frequency of eating snacks and sugary drinks for boys whose first spermatorrhea was first was 2.70 and 1.46 times per day, respectively, higher than 2.00 and 0.87 times per day for boys without headship (H values were 5.58 and 5.61 , P <0.01). The frequency of intake of fried foods, snack foods and sugary drinks by girls who had the menarche was 1.53, 2.89 and 1.29 times / d, respectively, which were higher than those of the girls who did not have menarche 1.24,2.44 And 0.86 times / d (H values were 2.62,3.66,5.77, P <0.01). Among male and female students, the proportion of regular breakfast in unexposed groups were higher than those in early and late stages of development (χ2 = 7.83 and 26.66, P <0.05 respectively). With the increase of puberty, snacks And sugary drinks gradually increased (male H values were 43.97,44.27, female H values were 29.47,42.90, P values were <0.01). Conclusion Children and adolescents dietary habits may be related to adolescent development, but still need further confirmation.
