科学发展观是以人为本,全面协调可持续的发展观,而官本位意识是与以人为本的科学发展观根本对立的价值取向。当前,官本位意识表现为官价值至上、官真理至上、官利益至上、官僚主义和形式主义泛滥,官本位意识已成为全面贯彻落实科学发展观的重大障碍。因此,要破除官本位意识,必须用科学发展观理论武装领导干部头脑,树立正确的价值观念;必须深化政治经济体制改革,加强政治伦理建设,着力营造领导干部专心干事创造良好环境,这样才能全面有效地贯彻落实科学发展观,推动政治经济社会又快又好地向前发展。
