目前村委会选举中存在部分贿选问题,严重影响村民自治,破坏了农村基层选举的民主本质,破坏了农村经济社会的稳定发展。造成贿选现象有主观原因也有客观上法律规定不足,打击不力的原因,因此要发挥党委、政府作用,保证选举在正常轨道进行。本文指出应坚决落实各项程序,以公正的程序保证相关规定的落实;加大查处违法犯罪力度,保障选举按法治轨道进行;规范村干部权力,从根本上消除贿选动因。 At present, there is a problem of partial bribery in the election of village committees, seriously affecting the autonomy of villagers, undermining the democratic nature of rural grassroots elections and undermining the steady development of rural economy and society. There are subjective reasons for the phenomenon of bribery. There are also objective reasons why laws and regulations are not enough to combat weakness. Therefore, it is necessary to give play to the role of the party committees and governments and ensure that the elections are conducted on the normal track.
