针对传统煤矿电机工作效率低、控制精度差和成本高等问题,设计了一种矿用变频器无速度传感器矢量控制系统。该控制系统采用无速度传感器矢量控制算法实现电机变频器的控制,运用TI公司TMS320F28335型号的数字信号处理器作为系统的核心控制器。介绍了以功率单元、辅助电源和控制主电路组成的硬件电路,并对软件系统的架构和主中断程序进行了阐述。最后实验验证了该控制方案的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the problems of low work efficiency, poor control precision and high cost of traditional coal mine motor, a speed sensorless vector control system for mine inverter is designed. The control system uses the speed sensorless vector control algorithm to realize the control of the motor frequency converter. The digital signal processor of TI TMS320F28335 is used as the core controller of the system. The hardware circuit composed of power unit, auxiliary power supply and control main circuit is introduced. The architecture of software system and main interrupt program are also described. The final experiment verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this control scheme.
