4月上旬在哈尔滨举行的全国地方志工作会议,回顾了80年代的修志工作,讨论了面临的形势和任务,交流了各地如何保证志书质量的经验,是全国修志系统一次重要的会议。中国地方志指导小组办公室已就此发了会议纪要。我就会议讨论的如何保证志书质量的问题作些说明,以便大家了解各地的情况和经验,更好地学习和贯彻这次会议精神,推动我区的修志工作。
The National Conference on Local History Work held in Harbin in early April reviewed the work of establishing records in the 1980s, discussed the situations and tasks confronted, and exchanged experiences on how to guarantee the quality of records. It is an important meeting of the national revision system. Chinese ghosting steering group office has issued a meeting minutes. I will give some explanations on how to ensure the quality of the journal in the discussions in the meeting, so that everyone may understand the situation and experience in various places, learn and implement the spirit of the conference and promote the work of cultivation in our area.
