提出了一种基于混合信号状态机的交流(AC)固态功率控制器(SSPC)功能模型。通过分析交流SSPC工作特点和工作模态得出其状态转换规律和阻抗变化规律。定义了交流SSPC的3个稳定状态、4个中间转换状态和11个状态转换函数以描述交流SSPC在稳态导通和关断、零电压开通、零电流关断以及短路故障关断过程中的阻抗转换规律。讨论了交流SSPC短路故障关断的两种方式:“立即关断”和“零电流关断”的功能级建模方法。利用Saber软件的混合信号状态机建模工具StateAMS实现了该模型,并与两种短路关断方式交流SSPC实验结果对比验证了模型准确性。模型仿真速度测试结果对比表明该模型能够显著提高仿真效率。 An AC solid state power controller (SSPC) functional model based on mixed signal state machine is proposed. By analyzing the working characteristics and working modalities of AC SSPC, the law of state transition and the law of impedance variation are obtained. Three steady states, four intermediate transition states and eleven state transition functions of the SSPC are defined to describe the steady state turn-on and turn-off, zero-voltage turn-on, zero-current turn-off and short-circuit turn-off of the AC SSPC Impedance conversion rule. Two ways of switching off an SSPC short-circuit fault are discussed: a functional level modeling approach of “immediate shutdown” and “zero current shutdown”. StateAMS, a mixed signal state machine modeling tool based on Saber software, was used to implement this model. The comparison between the two SSPC experimental results shows that the model is accurate. The simulation results of the speed of the model show that the model can significantly improve the simulation efficiency.
