为避免基因推导的简单化以及增强基因推导的准确性,本研究利用多菌株分组,在不同环境条件下(温室和人工气候箱),用直接比较法在不同年份对同一批小麦品种进行了抗叶锈基因推导,结合系谱分析,在10个小麦品种中得如下结果:京农86-161和京农86-6554含有Lr26;H88-65含Lr15和Lr26;唐麦4号、京农86-74和农大84016含Lr26和另一个未确定的抗性基因;京农89-S4069和太原163所含的抗性基因与供试的已知Lr基因不同;在京411和太原768中不含抗性基因
