目的:通过调查分析导游员的主要工作压力,以采取有效措施降低或消除导游员的工作压力。方法:采用自然情况调查表和工作内容量表(JCQ),对大连市知名度较高的国际、国内旅行社的导游员204人进行了问卷调查。结果:导游员中男性和女性之间各要素没有有意义的差。从工作自主程度来看,年龄、婚姻、子女情况、收入以及导游类型间的得分差在统计学上有意义。从工作心理要求看,学历、导游类型、吸烟以及饮酒间的得分差在统计学上有意义。从社会支持来看,年龄、子女情况、收入、导游类型之间的得分差在统计学上有意义。结论:应探寻和明确导游员的工作压力源,从组织和个人两个方面采取措施,预防和减少工作压力,提高导游员的生活质量。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the main work pressure of tour guides in order to take effective measures to reduce or eliminate the work pressure of tour guides. Methods: Using the Natural Condition Questionnaire and Work Content Scale (JCQ), a questionnaire survey was conducted on 204 tour guides with high profile international and domestic travel agencies in Dalian. Results: The guides did not make any meaningful difference between men and women. Judging from the degree of job autonomy, the difference in scores among age, marriage, children’s status, income, and tour guide type is statistically significant. Psychological requirements from the job requirements, education, tour guide type, smoking and drinking score difference between the statistically significant. In terms of social support, the difference in scores between age, children’s status, income, and tour guide type is statistically significant. Conclusion: It is necessary to explore and clarify the sources of work stress for tour guides, take measures from both the organizational and individual levels to prevent and reduce work stress and improve the quality of life of tour guides.
