被称为钙拮抗剂或钙通道阻断剂的一类化合物其化学结构很不相同.这类化合物的原型包括异搏停、硝苯吡啶和硫氮(艹卓)酮.其中只有硝苯吡啶族(如niludipine,nimodipine,nicardipine,nisoldipine)可研究其结构与活性之间可能存在的关系.本文主要研究与临床应用有关的钙拮抗剂的心血管作用,比较异搏停、硝苯吡啶和硫氮(艹卓)酮对冠状动脉、心脏起搏点活性、全身血压和自主反射的作用.此外,在发生钙反常反应(calcium paradox effect)的心脏,观察硫氮(艹卓)酮抑制钙内流,能否防止与心肌细胞内钙离子积聚有关的细胞损害.
