前言随着钢铁工业的发展,焦煤供应日益紧张。据估计,世界煤蕴藏量中焦煤仅占17%左右。因此各国在降低焦耗,扩大能源方面进行了大量的工作。在我国铸铁生产中,焦炭化铁炉的熔化量约占铸铁总产量的90%以上。多年来,由于炉型结构、炉料管理和操作工艺等方面的改革,焦比平均水平已由解放初期的1~2:1提高到8~10:1左右,高的达16~18:1。如从降低烧损,保证铁水质量等方面衡量,国内先进的炉子,焦比可维持在12~13:1.
Preface With the development of steel industry, coking coal supply is increasingly tense. It is estimated that only about 17% of the coking coal in the world reserves of coal.
