旋挖钻机主卷扬既可以安装在回转平台上,也可以安装在钻桅下部。为研究主卷扬的布置对动臂变幅机构各铰点受力特性的影响,基于动静法建立主卷扬位于回转平台上动臂变幅机构铰点受力的数学模型;当主卷扬位于钻桅下部时,铰点受力视为主卷扬位于回转平台上的一个特例。在Simulink仿真平台上构建基于MATLAB函数的仿真模型,并进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:与主卷扬位于钻桅下部动臂变幅机构各铰点受力相比较,主卷扬位于回转平台上动臂变幅机构各铰点受力较小。
Rotary drilling rig main hoist can either be installed on the rotary platform can also be installed in the lower part of the drill mast. In order to study the influence of layout of main winch on the stress characteristics of the hinge joints of the boom luffing mechanism, a mathematical model of the main winch on the hinge point of the boom luffing mechanism on the revolving platform is established based on the dynamic and static method. When the main winch is located When drilling the lower part of the mast, the hinge point is regarded as a special case where the main hoist is on the revolving platform. Based on Simulink simulation platform, a simulation model based on MATLAB function is built and simulated. The simulation results show that the main winch is located on the rotary platform, the hinge of the boom luffing mechanism is less stressed than that of the main hoist at the hinge joints of the boom luffing mechanism in the lower part of the drilling mast.
