压疮是对卧床患者威胁较大的临床常见并发症,其发生率是考核医院护理质量的标准之一[1]。预防压疮的重点是提高护士对压疮的认识及处理能力,包括对压疮的正确分级、创口评估、正确描述、及时上报、合理处理、全程监控追踪、完整的转归记录等。为提高护士对压疮的预防及处理能力,降低压疮发生率,我院于2011年组建了阶梯式皮肤质控小组,3年来阶梯式皮肤质控小组在心内科压疮管理中发挥了重要作用,取得了较好成效,现报
