文章通过建立长环光电振荡器频率传递模型,从光纤色散理论出发,综合考虑色散、光纤长度和光源对时延波动的影响,推导出光源中特定参数对振荡频率相位噪声影响的表达式,通过MATLAB数值仿真进行分析。仿真结果表明:随着光纤长度的增加,光源的频率噪声在光纤色散的作用下,转化为振荡频率的相位噪声,进而影响了频率的稳定度;光源的中心波长对相位噪声的影响是0.7dB/300nm,可以忽略不计;光纤色散系数变化了5ps/(nm.km),相位噪声恶化3dB,得到的仿真结果对下一步的硬件实验工作具有很好的理论指导意义。
Based on the theory of fiber dispersion and considering the influence of dispersion, fiber length and light source on the delay variation, the paper derives the expression of the influence of the specific parameters of the light source on the phase noise of the oscillation frequency by the model of long-ring optical oscillator frequency transfer, MATLAB numerical simulation analysis. The simulation results show that with the increase of fiber length, the frequency noise of the light source is transformed into the phase noise of the oscillation frequency under the influence of the dispersion of the fiber, thereby affecting the stability of the frequency. The influence of the center wavelength of the light source on the phase noise is 0.7 dB / 300nm, which is negligible; the dispersion coefficient of fiber changes by 5ps / (nm.km), and the phase noise deteriorates by 3dB. The simulation results obtained are of theoretical significance for the next hardware experiment.
