目的了解曲靖市急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例发病及监测系统运转情况,巩固和维持无脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)状态,及时发现输入病例,指导消灭脊灰工作。方法根据曲靖市293例AFP病例监测个案调查表、随访表,各年主动监测旬报表,用ACCESS2002开发的数据库“AFP管理系统”及EXCES2002进行统计分析。结果曲靖市1995-2003年共报告15岁以下AFP病例293例,年报告发病率为2.47/10万～1.25/10万,病例呈高度散发,其它各项监测指标均逐年提高,2000年全部指标达到无脊灰证实要求。结论AFP发病趋于小年龄组,易感人群依然存在;5年出现无病例报告7县次,初次就诊报告率低(39.93%),提示须加强监测系统的管理,加强基层计免工作,提高免疫接种率;AFP病例监测为消灭脊灰工作提供了监测资料和证实依据,脊灰的消灭为国家创造了巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
Objective To understand the pathogenesis of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) cases in Qujing and monitor the operation of the system, to consolidate and maintain polio-free (poliomyelitis) status, to promptly identify the imported cases and guide the eradication of polio. Methods Based on the questionnaire, follow-up table of 293 AFP cases monitored in Qujing city, the report was proactively monitored for each year, and the database “AFP Management System” and EXCES2002 developed by ACCESS2002 were used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 293 cases of AFP under 15 years old were reported in 1995-2003 in Qujing City. The annual incidence of AFP cases was 2.47 / lakh to 1.25 / lakh. The cases were highly exuded, and all other monitoring indicators were increased year by year. All indicators in 2000 Polio confirmed to meet the requirements. Conclusion The incidence of AFP tends to be in the younger age group and the susceptible population still exists. In 5 years, there are 7 counties without case report and the report rate of first visit is low (39.93%), which indicates that the management of monitoring system should be strengthened, Immunization coverage rate; AFP case monitoring provides monitoring data and evidence for the eradication of polio work. The elimination of polio has created tremendous social and economic benefits for the country.
