[目的]建立16%精喹.氟磺胺草醚乳油的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用C18柱和二极管阵列检测器,以乙腈和0.5%磷酸水溶液(体积比80∶20)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,在254 nm波长下,对精喹禾灵和氟磺胺草醚同时进行定量分析。[结果]氟磺胺草醚的变异系数为1.47%,平均回收率为99.87%,线性相关系数为0.9999;精喹禾灵的变异系数为0.71%,平均回收率为100.26%,线性相关系数为0.999 9。[结论]该方法准确度和精密度均能满足要求,线性关系良好,具有分离效果好、简便、快速、准确的优点,是一种较为理想的分析方法。
[Objective] To establish a reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of 16% quinoleflufenacil cream. [Conclusion] The accuracy and precision of this method can meet the requirements and has a good linear relationship. It has the advantages of good separation effect, simple, rapid and accurate method. It is an ideal analytical method.
