介绍了AEDC(Arnold Engineering Development Center)结冰缩比方法,并对其有效性问题,用数值仿真方法进行了验证.利用结冰仿真计算软件对NACA0012翼型及其1/2和1/3缩比模型、圆柱及其1/2缩比模型进行了结冰数值模拟,内容涉及流场、水滴撞击特性和冰生长计算等.缩比部件的结冰条件由AEDC方法确定.结果表明,翼型、圆柱与其缩比模型的结冰过程具有较好的相似性.说明AEDC方法科学合理,其确定的结冰缩比试验参数有效,同时也说明结冰模拟技术可用于结冰缩比相似性研究.
The freeze shrinkage ratio method of AEDC (Arnold Engineering Development Center) is introduced, and the validity of the method is verified by numerical simulation.Using icing simulation software, the NACA0012 airfoil and its 1/2 and 1/3 shrinkage Compared with the model, the cylinder and its 1/2 contraction ratio model, the icing numerical simulation was carried out, including the flow field, the droplet impact property, the ice growth calculation, etc. The icing condition of the shrinkage part was determined by the AEDC method.The results showed that the airfoil , And the cylinder has a good similarity with the icing model of its shrinkage model.It is shown that the AEDC method is scientific and reasonable and its parameters of freezing and shrinkage ratio are valid and it also shows that icing simulation technique can be used to study the similarity of icing and shrinkage .
