目的探讨医院信息系统(HIS)-影像归档和通信系统/放射科信息系统(PACS/RIS)-体检信息系统在数字化摄影(DR)体检中的临床应用价值。方法分析比较2012年7月-2013年6月与2013年7月-2014年6月PACS/RIS系统和HIS-PACS/RIS-体检信息系统在DR体检的工作流程、日平均体检工作量、单个部位平均检查时间及体检者信息管理。结果 HIS-PACS/RIS-体检信息系统在DR体检工作中较系统融合前少3个环节,日平均体检量增加35个部位,单个部位平均检查时间由1.12 min降至0.96 min,体检者信息管理更加便捷、高效。结论 HIS-PACS/RIS-体检信息系统在DR体检工作中优化了工作流程,缩短了单个部位的检查时间,提高了工作效率。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of hospital information system (HIS) - image archiving and communication system / radiology information system (PACS / RIS) - physical examination information system in digital photography (DR) examination. Methods Analysis and comparison Workflow of PACS / RIS system and HIS-PACS / RIS-medical examination information system during July 2012-June 2013 and July 2013-June 2014 during DR physical examination, mean daily medical examination workload, single Location of the average examination time and physical examination information management. Results The physical examination information system of HIS-PACS / RIS- was less than that before system fusion in DR examination. The average daily physical examination volume increased by 35 sites, the average examination time per single site decreased from 1.12 to 0.96 min, More convenient and efficient. Conclusion The HIS-PACS / RIS-medical information system optimized the work flow in the DR medical examination work, shortened the inspection time of individual parts and improved the work efficiency.
