文章以宁夏清真产业发展为例,在分析西北地区清真产业现状的基础上,提出通过清真产业招商解决西北地区清真产业生产工艺落后、技术含量低、研发创新能力弱的问题,构建了基于产业招商的清真循环经济产业链模型。
