随着世界经济全球化的迅猛发展和国内经济体制改革的日益深入,我国的各行各业越来越多地融入世界经济发展的大潮,对市场经济发达国家经济管理体制及运行机制的研究和借鉴也越来越得到各级的重视。不久前,以上海市国有资产管理办公室主任陈步林同志为团长的一行5人考察团就国资管理和资产评估行业等方面的问题进行了学习考察。考察团不仅对加拿大的国资管理等工作有了较为系统的了解,也对他们的评估行业和评估市场的发展与现状有了较为具体的认识,并就推进本市国资管理等许多问题进行了深入的思考。本刊将陆续刊登,敬请关注。
