应用微波炉(MWO)加热方法和链霉菌素一生物素(LSAB)免疫酶技术,检测了56例人喉鳞癌和19例癌旁组织及5例喉乳头状瘤伴恶变组织中P~53蛋白的表达状况.结果表明:56例喉鳞癌中的29例(51.8%)有P~53蛋白的过度表达,P~53蛋白的过度表达与肿瘤分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移等各项临床病理指标无关(P>0.05).P~53蛋白的过度表达在乳头状瘤伴恶变及癌旁不典型增生组织中可检测到,但13例癌旁正常上皮无1例出现.提示P~53蛋白的过度表达出现在喉癌发生过程的早期,其在喉癌中的过度表达与吸烟的程度密切相关.
In this study, 56 cases of human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 19 cases of paracancerous tissues and 5 cases of laryngeal papilloma with malignant transformation tissues were detected by microwave oven (MWO) heating method and streptavidin-1-biotin (LSAB) The results showed that in 56 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, 29 cases (51.8%) had P53 protein overexpression, P53 protein overexpression and tumor staging, histological grade, lymph node metastasis and other clinical P53 protein overexpression was detectable in papilloma with malignant transformation and paraneoplastic adjacent atypical hyperplasia, but there was no one in 13 cases with normal adjacent normal tissue, suggesting that P ~ 53 Overexpression of protein occurs early in the process of laryngeal carcinogenesis, and its overexpression in laryngeal carcinoma is closely related to the degree of smoking.
