Y轴横梁是双头电火花加工机床的关键部件。提出了4种Y轴横梁的结构方案,应用有限元方法,分别对这些方案进行静力学分析,并以质量小、变形量小为优选原则,得到了最优的结构方案,为电火花加工机床部件的设计提供了理论依据。分析结果显示最优与最差方案相比,质量减轻了8.84%,变形量减少了6.42%,表明通过合理设计机械结构,可以得到变形量小且质量轻的横梁结构。
Y-axis beam is a key component of double-headed EDM machine. The structure scheme of four Y-axis beams is proposed. By using finite element method, the static analysis of these schemes is carried out respectively. The optimal structure scheme is obtained with the principle of small mass and small deformation, and the optimal structure scheme is obtained for EDM machine tool The design of components provides the theoretical basis. The analysis shows that the optimal and worst solutions are 8.84% and 6.42% less than the worst case, which shows that the beam structure with small deformation and light weight can be obtained by reasonably designing the mechanical structure.
