锅炉一级、二级过热器,工作温度540℃;工作压力9.2MPa,15CrMoG(Φ38×4.5)钢管经810℃中频加热进行弯管工艺,弯管后再经过680℃回火处理。对经810℃加热弯管、加热直管经680℃热处理及不经680℃热处理的力学性能、工艺性能、金相组织进行了对比试验,认为15CrMoG(Φ38×4.5)钢管加热810℃弯管,可不经过680℃热处理。
Boiler primary and secondary superheater, operating temperature 540 ℃; working pressure 9.2MPa, 15CrMoG (Φ38 × 4.5) pipe by the intermediate frequency heating at 810 ℃ bending process, after the elbow at 680 ℃ tempering. The mechanical properties, technological properties and metallurgical structure of the straight tube after heat treatment at 810 ℃ and 680 ℃ for 680 ℃ were compared. The results show that 15CrMoG (Φ38 × 4.5) steel tube is heated at 810 ℃, Not after 680 ℃ heat treatment.
