为了改善旧沥青路面的路用性能,进行了现场热再生技术研究工作。通过分析老化沥青再生机理和添加再生剂再生老化沥青,并加入一定量的骨料和不同比例的旧沥青混合料RAP料来完成热再生混合料配合比,再次,进行再生混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性试验来评价再生混合料的路用性能。研究结果表明,再生混合料性能已基本达到高等级沥青路面要求和现场热再生技术是一项利国利民的环保型新技术,值得推广应用。
In order to improve the road performance of the old asphalt pavement, the field thermal regeneration technology research work was carried out. By analyzing the mechanism of regeneration of aged asphalt and regeneration of aged asphalt by adding regenerant, a certain amount of aggregate and RAP materials of different proportions of old asphalt mixture were added to complete the mixture ratio of hot recycled mixture. The results show that the performance of recycled mixture has basically reached the requirements of high-grade asphalt pavement and on-site thermal regeneration technology is a new environmentally-friendly technology that is beneficial to the country and the people and should be popularized and applied.
