BALB/C小鼠以CCI4橄榄油腹腔注射致中毒性肝坏死,部分小鼠分别给予丙酸睾酮或戍酸雌二醇皮下注射,见睾酮对雌、雄小鼠活存率无影响,但可提高秋水仙碱对雌鼠的治疗效果(秋水仙碱对雄鼠治疗效果优于雌鼠)。雌二醇则促使雄鼠全部死亡,加用秋水仙碱能使半数雄鼠活存,有显著差别(P<0.05)。单用雌二醇能使雌鼠对抗较大剂量CCI_4的毒性作用,可使雌鼠全部活存,与单用秋水仙碱治疗有显著差别(P<0.05)。
