本研究以人胎胰进行组织培养和冻存,结果表明体外培养4~7天后的培养液中胰岛素含量高且恒定,胰腺组织在-196℃的条件下冻存180~250天,复苏后仍然具有较强的分泌胰岛素的活性,可供临床移植之用。本实验解决了临床应用的供需矛盾,为深入开展这方面的实验和临床研究,建立活组织细胞供应库打下了良好的基础。
