在引进水势测定技术的基础上,对技术进行消化、吸收和优化,研发了便携式原位水势测定仪,并以美国WESCOR公司的同类水势测量仪(Psypro水势仪)为对照,以核桃楸、辽东栎、鸢尾和连翘为供试植物进行了水势仪性能对比检验。研究结果表明:国产水势仪测得的叶片水势与Psypro测量结果接近,水势日变化趋势完全一致,二者具有很好的线性相关关系,相关系数大于0.98,且无显著性差异(P<0.001)。国产化水势仪性能稳定可靠,测量准确。
Based on the introduction of water potential measurement technology, the technology was digested, absorbed and optimized. A portable in situ water potential measuring instrument was developed and compared with the similar water potential measuring instrument (Psypro water potential meter) of American WESCOR Company, with Juglans mandshurica, Liaodong Quercus, Iris and Forsythia tested the water potential performance of the tested plants. The results showed that the leaf water potential measured by the domestic water potential instrument was close to the Psypro measurement result, and the diurnal variation trend of the water potential was completely consistent. The correlation between the water potential and the leaf water potential was greater than 0.98, with no significant difference (P <0.001) . Localized water potential instrument performance is stable and reliable, accurate measurement.
