采用自行筛选的絮凝微生物QM-1制备高效微生物絮凝剂,进行重金属废水吸附性能的研究.单因子实验表明:微生物絮凝剂QM-1对Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、Cr~(6+)均有一定的吸附效果,其中对Cr6+的吸附作用最佳;响应面法优化实验表明:在Cr6+浓度为10mg/L,pH 7,5.0mL金属废水中加入5.0mL QM-1,43.37℃吸附反应6h,此条件下吸附率可达99.48%.
High-performance microbial flocculant was prepared by QM-1 flocculating microorganism, and the adsorption performance of heavy metal wastewater was studied. The single factor experiment showed that microbial flocculant QM-1 had a good effect on Cu 2+, Zn 2+, ~ (6+), respectively. The adsorption of Cr6 + was the best. Response surface methodology showed that 5.0mL QM-1 was added to the Cr6 + concentration of 10mg / L, , 43.37 ℃ adsorption reaction 6h, under this condition the adsorption rate of up to 99.48%.
