通过对化学复合镀Ni-P-Si_3N_4粒子共析量以及镀液稳定性等的研究,获得了制取舍Si_3N_4粒子量高且镀液稳定性好的工艺方法,并讨论了化学复合镀Ni-P-Si_3N_4镀层的耐蚀性能和表面结构。
Through the study on the eutectoid amount of electroless Ni-P-Si_3N_4 composite particles and the stability of the plating solution, a method of preparing the Si_3N_4 particles with high particle size and good stability of the plating solution was obtained. The effects of electroless Ni-P -Si_3N_4 coating corrosion resistance and surface structure.
