在医院终末病案质量管理过程中,病案科与临床科室间传统的沟通方式如纸质通知单、电话等费时费力,沟通效果差,在一定程度上迟滞了终末病案的归档和后期使用,为提高沟通效率,某院应用微信作为病案科与临床科室间的信息沟通的新媒体,将其渗透到终末病案的编目、整理、质控、继续教育、复印、借阅等病案质量管理的各个环节,使信息沟通更加顺畅,在不增加病案科经济支出的情况下,加快了终末病案的归档时间,节约了人力和时间成本,提高了工作效率,方便了医务人员的学习,便利了原始终末病案的借阅,缩短了患者等待复印病案的时间,提升了医院的形象。
