目的探讨药学服务对患者用药依从性的干预价值。方法选取2012年7月~2013年12月期间我院150例门诊病房取药患者进行分析。按照随机原则分为观察组及对照组,对照组采用常规取药,观察组采用相关措施对患者用药进行药学服务干预,比较两组患者的用药依从性的差异。结果通过开展积极的药学服务干预,观察组的患者完全依从性高于对照组,部分依从性及完全不依从性均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药学服务干预对患者的用药依从性影响显著,给予患者提供高质量的用药服务。
Objective To investigate the intervention value of pharmacy service on medication adherence. Methods From July 2012 to December 2013, 150 outpatients in our hospital were selected for analysis. According to the principle of randomness, the patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs. The observation group was treated with pharmacy services by relevant measures, and the difference of compliance was compared between the two groups. Results Through the active intervention of pharmacy services, the patients in the observation group had higher compliance than those in the control group, and the partial compliance and complete noncompliance were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Pharmacological intervention has a significant impact on patients’ medication adherence and provides patients with high-quality medication services.
