目的探讨新兵社会适应评价标准,为部队评价新兵适应性提供依据。方法采用现场研究的范式,4名军事心理学专业人员对某部8个新兵连的16名军官和64名士兵进行结构式访谈,采用关键事件技术分别找出适应性良好与适应性差的行为事件。结果经过关键词编码归纳出17项评价新兵社会适应的标准。经282名新兵对其重要性排序,12个条目作为最终评价标准。12名专家将此12个条目分为3类,分别为人际关系、工作态度和工作水平。结论本研究结果具有良好的生态效度,可在此基础上编制新兵社会适应量表,为部队管理提供有效工具。
Objective To explore the evaluation criteria for recruits’ social adaptability and provide basis for evaluating the adaptability of recruits. Methods Based on the field research paradigm, four military psychologists conducted a structured interview with 16 officers and 64 soldiers of 8 recruits in a certain department. The key event techniques were used to find the behavior events with good adaptability and poor adaptability respectively. The results of keyword coding summed up 17 evaluation of recruits social adaptation standards. The rankings were ranked by 282 recruits, with 12 entries as the final assessment criteria. Twelve experts divided the 12 items into three categories, namely, interpersonal relationship, working attitude and working level. Conclusion The results of this study have good ecological validity. Based on this, the recruits social adaptation scale can be compiled to provide an effective tool for military management.
