目的:利用响应面分析法优化南五味子甲素的提取工艺。方法:固定料液比为1∶10,以乙醇浓度、提取温度及提取时间为响应因子,五味子甲素提取率为响应值,实施3因素3水平的响应面分析,建立数学模型,并得出最佳工艺条件。结果:利用响应面分析法获得的提取南五味子甲素的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度88%,提取温度85℃,提取2.5 h,该条件下提取2次,南五味子甲素提取率达5.77 mg/g。结论:为南五味子甲素的利用提供科学依据,提高南五味子的开发价值。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of schisandra chinensis by using response surface analysis. Methods: The ratio of solid to liquid was 1:10. The ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and extraction time were the response factors. Schizandrin A was the response value. Response surface analysis of 3 factors and 3 levels was performed to establish a mathematical model. The optimum process conditions. RESULTS: The optimum extraction conditions for extracting schizandrin A from response surface analysis were as follows: ethanol concentration 88%, extraction temperature 85 °C, extraction 2.5 h, extraction under this condition twice, and extraction rate of schizandrin A 5.77. Mg/g. Conclusion: To provide scientific basis for the utilization of S. schisandrae A and to improve the development value of S. schisandrae.
