轨道弹性减振器是线路减振最有效的方法之一,国外已经进行了广泛研究和应用,而国内还处于推广使用和研究的初级阶段,没有成熟和标准的试验方法。总结了压缩型轨道减振器的各种性能的试验方法,包括刚度和变形、垂向升举、横向约束、纵向约束、疲劳、低频动刚度等试验。与其它隔振系统相比,轨道减振器具有体积小、重量轻、隔振效果好以及可施工性好和可维护性好等优点。
Elastic rail damper is one of the most effective ways to reduce vibration. Overseas, extensive research and application have been carried out. However, the domestic is still in the initial stage of popularization and research and there is no mature and standard test method. The test methods of various performances of compression type track shock absorber are summarized, including stiffness and deformation, vertical lifting, lateral restraint, longitudinal restraint, fatigue and low frequency dynamic stiffness. Compared with other vibration isolation system, the track shock absorber has the advantages of small size, light weight, good vibration isolation effect, good workability and good maintainability.
