青岛市是我国实施名牌战略较早、较成功的城市,也是名牌企业最集中的城市之一。本文选择青岛五家名牌企业(一般竞争性领域)进行综合分析,总结了企业成功的经验:优秀的领导班子,成功的战略管理,出色的产品经营和资本运营,扎实的管理,领先的枝术,优质的产品和服务,有凝聚力的文化。在此基础上进一步揭示企业获得持续发展的关键和“新国企”成功的体制因素:企业通过整合其资源,营造了企业竞争能力(特别是核心能力),创造了企业在同行业中的持续竞争优势。“名牌国企”在体制和机制上与一般国企有天壤之别,与市场经济所要求的竞争主体基本接近,所以在一般竞争性领域较好地实现了与市场经济的结合。
