目的:通过对2型糖尿病患者空腹糖化血清蛋白(GSP)和空腹、餐后2h的血糖及游离脂肪酸(FFA)浓度的测定,分析其变化情况及意义。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者34例,正常对照组31例,采用葡萄糖己糖激酶法测定血糖浓度;酮胺氧化酶法测定GSP的浓度;酶比色法测定FFA的浓度。结果:2型糖尿病组空腹GSP、FFA及餐后2h的血糖浓度与正常对照组相比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);2型糖尿病组空腹及餐后2h的血糖浓度与FFA呈正相关(r=0.8722、r=0.8553,P<0.01),与GSP呈正相关(r=0.9277、r=0.9091,P<0.01);餐后FFA虽较餐前略有下降,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:GSP和FFA浓度的测定对2型糖尿病的监控具有重要价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the changes and significance of fasting glycosylated serum protein (GSP) and fasting blood glucose and free fatty acid (FFA) concentrations in patients with type 2 diabetes at 2h after operation. Methods: 34 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 31 normal controls were enrolled in this study. The glucose concentration was determined by glucose hexokinase method. The concentration of GSP was determined by ketamine oxidase method. The concentration of FFA was determined by enzyme colorimetry. Results: The fasting GSP and FFA in type 2 diabetic patients and the blood glucose levels at 2h after meal were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05). The fasting and 2h postprandial plasma glucose concentrations in type 2 diabetic patients were positively correlated with FFA (r = 0.8722, r = 0.8553, P <0.01), and had a positive correlation with GSP (r = 0.9277, r = 0.9091, P <0.01); postprandial FFA was slightly lower than that before meals ). Conclusion: The determination of GSP and FFA concentrations is of great value for the surveillance of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
