One saturday afternoon, we decided to examine the light scattering properties of Pinot Noir in seven different west coasts in our own laboratory. When tasting and grading these wines, carefully pour a small portion of each of the wines, dilute them with 10: 1 deionized water, and pour each wort into a cylindrical, clear plastic goblet.
