随着教育改革的不断进步和发展,教师们逐渐认识到教师的评价对于一位学生的发展而言有多么重要的影响和意义。教师评价不仅仅是对学生阶段学习效果的整体性评论,也是能够对学生接下来的学习状态产生重要心理影响的关键性评价方法。因此,科学有效的评价能够弱化传统教学评价的甄别和选拔功能,强化教学评价促进学生进步发展的功能。在小学数学教学中,多元化评价的运用,使得教学评价开拓出全新的局面,为学生的全面发展和进步作出新的贡献。本文将围绕多元评价与小学数学之间的有机联系来展开讨论,提出笔者自己独特的见解和看法。
With the continuous progress and development of education reform, teachers are gradually realizing how important teacher evaluation is to a student’s development. Teacher evaluation is not only a holistic review of student learning outcomes, but also a key assessment that can have a significant psychological impact on students’ subsequent learning. Therefore, scientific and effective evaluation can weaken the screening and selection of traditional teaching evaluation, and strengthen the function of teaching evaluation to promote students’ progress and development. In elementary mathematics teaching, the application of diversified evaluation makes teaching evaluation open up a completely new situation and makes new contributions to the all-round development and progress of students. This article will focus on the multi-evaluation and primary school mathematics to discuss the organic relationship between the author put forward my own unique views and opinions.
