舆情信息已经成为各级政府机关和企事业单位制定科学决策的重要依据。本文阐述了大数据时代图书馆开展舆情信息服务的可行性及如何发挥自身优势有效地分析和处理信息,使之实现最大程度的增值,并提出了图书馆在实践中实现信息增值的几种方式。
Public opinion information has become an important basis for making scientific decisions at all levels of government agencies and enterprises and institutions. This article elaborates the feasibility of the library to carry out the public opinion information service in the era of big data and how to give full play to its own advantages to effectively analyze and process the information so as to realize the maximization of the added value and put forward several ways for the library to realize the added value of information in practice .
