本文介绍新研制的柴油机喷油嘴用钢——25SiCrMoVA钢的主要物理性能、机械性能、抗回火稳定性、耐磨性、冷热加工性能以及用以制造柴油机喷油嘴的实际使用性能。本钢种由于采用非碳化物形成元素Si与强碳化物形成元素Cr、Mo、V的合理组合,从而具有良好的冷热加工性能和渗碳层的高抗回火稳定性;渗碳淬火后,在250℃~350℃回火时仍可保持HRC≥58的高硬度,含残余奥氏体量仅2~5%,能确保喷油嘴在250℃左右温度下长期工作时的高耐磨性和组织与尺寸的稳定性,从而延长使用寿命。喷油嘴在“495A型”柴油机台架试验的持久寿命以及拖拉机和汽车上的使用寿命均比18Cr2Ni4WA钢长,平均超过2500小时;获得了良好的经济效益。
This paper introduces the newly developed steel for diesel nozzle - 25SiCrMoVA steel, the main physical properties, mechanical properties, anti-tempering stability, wear resistance, hot and cold processing performance and the actual use of diesel fuel injection nozzle manufacturing performance. Due to the reasonable combination of non-carbide forming element Si and strong carbide forming element Cr, Mo, V, the present steel has good hot-cold processing property and high anti-tempering stability of carburized layer; after carburizing and quenching , At 250 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ tempering can still maintain HRC ≥ 58 high hardness, the residual austenite content of only 2 to 5%, to ensure that the nozzle at about 250 ℃ long-term work under high wear-resistant Sexual and organizational and dimensional stability, thereby extending the service life. The fuel injector has longer service life in “495A” diesel engine bench test and longer service life of tractor and automobile than 18Cr2Ni4WA steel, averaging more than 2,500 hours; good economic benefits have been obtained.
