一、概况: 吴淞肉类联合加工厂工程包括新建屠宰车间(班宰4000头)、冷库、冻结间、机房、污水处理站……等34个单项工程。(详见图一) 全厂占地约154亩,南北长390米、东西宽(中心线)240米。其中冷库的规模为5000吨,日冻结能力100吨。该项目由上海市食品公司设计室设计,市建一公司一○三工程队负责土建施工。制冷工艺,水电安装均由吴淞肉联厂自行组织。冷库土建工程于83年9月动工,84
I. Overview: Wusong meat processing plant combined with the construction of the new slaughter plant (Baizai 4000), cold storage, freezing room, engine room, sewage treatment station ... ... and other 34 individual projects. (See Figure 1) The whole plant covers an area of about 154 acres, 390 meters long from north to south, east-west width (centerline) 240 meters. Including cold storage scale of 5,000 tons, the daily freezing capacity of 100 tons. The project was designed by Shanghai Food Company Design Office and was built by a company 103 Construction Corps.
