该文概述了涡轮流量传感器近年来的新进展,分析了它的理论方程式,阐述了仪表系数的几种影响因素,归纳出涡轮流量传感器的仪表系数简化公式。结合实验曲线,对传感器标定过程中出现的几种超差现象提出了改进措施,并指出涡轮流量传感器今后的发展方向是进一步提高其工作可靠性,扩大其应用范围。该文不但对制造厂家提供参考,而且使设计部门对涡轮流量传感器有一个全面的认识,以便更合理地选用这种传感器。
This paper summarizes the new progress of turbine flow sensor in recent years, analyzes its theoretical equation, elaborates several influencing factors of meter factor and concludes the simplified formula of meter factor of turbine flow sensor. Combined with the experimental curve, some measures to improve the performance of the sensor in the process of calibration are put forward. The future development direction of the turbine flow sensor is to further improve its reliability and expand its application range. This article not only provides reference for the manufacturer, but also enables the design department to have a comprehensive understanding of the turbine flow sensor in order to make the sensor more reasonable.
