上海外高桥电厂二期工程锅炉为塔式超临界直流锅炉,炉膛灰斗和炉膛下部的水冷壁采用膜式螺旋水冷壁。锅炉管排的安装步骤为地面预组合、确认材质、管排通球和管口打磨、炉膛内升降平台的安装、吊装管排时布置卷扬机、安装螺旋水冷壁管排等。安装锅炉燃烧器时,从下向上逐层吊装,然后再进行灰斗螺旋水冷壁的安装。

Boiler tube installation steps for the pre-combination of the ground to confirm the material, tube row ball and nozzle polishing, furnace lifting platform installation, hoisting pipe arrangement of row scheduling, installation of spiral water wall tube row. When installing the boiler burner, lift it from floor to floor and then install the hopper screw water wall.
