不同酯类单体对水泥混凝土分散保持性能的影响

本文以丙烯酸、甲基丙烯基聚氧乙烯醚及不饱和酯类单体为原料,通过自由基聚合的方法合成保坍剂。其中不饱和酯类单体分别为:丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯;不含酯基的样品为空白试样。在其他因素不变的条件下,等摩尔改变酯类单体种类,将合成的试样做水泥净浆流动度、混凝土性能测试。测试结果表明酯类单体的引入可以有效改善水泥混凝土的分散保持能力,其中丙烯酸羟乙酯保坍能力最好,丙烯酸甲酯次之,丙烯酸乙酯最差。对于混凝土各个阶段的抗压强度,空白试样与其他试样的结果相差不大,这说明合成的保坍剂对抗压强度没有影响。 In this paper, acrylic acid, methacryloyl polyoxyethylene ether and unsaturated ester monomer as raw materials, by free radical polymerization method synthesis preservative. Among them, the unsaturated ester monomers were: methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate; samples without ester groups were blank samples. Under the same conditions of other factors, equimolar changes in the type of ester monomer, the cement samples were synthesized fluidity of cement paste, concrete performance test. The test results show that the introduction of ester monomer can effectively improve the dispersion of cement concrete retention capacity, which hydroxyethyl acrylate best slump retention capacity, followed by methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, the worst. For each stage of concrete compressive strength, the blank sample and the other sample results are not different, indicating that the synthetic sludger has no effect on the compressive strength.
