应用比相技术检测同步运动误差时,若被测两路信号达不到“同频比相”的要求,则就难以进行正常的检测,滚齿机差动链运动误差的检测就属于这种情况,因此,比相检测技术的应用受到一定限制。本文提出一种新颖的滚齿机差动链运动误差的微机检测方法:以对两路传感器来脉冲信号进行计数为基础,然后通过微机处理而求得结果。该检测方法还适用于各类同步运动误差的检测,具有较强的通用性、实用性。
When using phase contrast technology to detect synchronous motion error, if the two signals under test can not reach the requirement of “same frequency and phase”, then it is difficult to carry out normal detection. Detection of motion error of gear chain of differential hobbing machine belongs to this kind of situation, Therefore, the application of phase detection technology is subject to certain restrictions. In this paper, a novel microcomputer error detection method for differential chain movement of gear hobbing machine is proposed. Based on the counting of the pulse signals from two sensors, the result is obtained through computer processing. The detection method is also applicable to the detection of various types of synchronous motion errors and has strong versatility and practicability.
