代文治疗心力衰竭伴肾衰患者42例的疗效观察

目的分析并探讨代文对心力衰竭伴肾衰患者左心功能的影响。方法我院自2008年12月至2010年12月期间对84例心力衰竭患者给予代文进行治疗,全部患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,按照常规心力衰竭进行治疗,患者需低盐饮食,根据需要给予利尿剂、洋地黄、倍他阻滞剂以及硝酸酯类等药物。治疗组42例口服代文80mg,1次/d;对照组口服依那普利10mg,1次/d。两组均治疗三个月,观察患者临床症状及各项体征;监测心率、血压、心脏三位片;检查超声心动图,检查左室短轴缩短率、心脏指数、左室射血分数以等。分析患者的各项心功能参数(CI、LVEF、△D%和E/A)以及患者的血浆BNP含量。结果治疗组42例患者总有效率达92.9%;对照组42例总有效率为90.2%,两组间差异不显著,没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论代文能够抑制心力衰竭伴肾衰患者的病情恶化,能够有效改善心功能。 Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of Daiwen on left ventricular function in patients with heart failure and renal failure. Methods From December 2008 to December 2010, 84 cases of heart failure patients were treated with Daiwen. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and were treated according to conventional heart failure. Patients should receive low-salt diet, Diuretics, digitalis, beta blockers and nitrates are given as needed. In the treatment group, 42 cases received oral administration of 80 mg once daily, while the control group received enalapril 10 mg once daily. The two groups were treated for three months to observe the clinical symptoms and signs of patients; monitoring heart rate, blood pressure, heart three tablets; check echocardiography, check shortening of left ventricular short axis, cardiac index, left ventricular ejection fraction and so on . All patients’ cardiac function parameters (CI, LVEF, △ D% and E / A) and their plasma BNP levels were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the 42 patients in the treatment group was 92.9%. The total effective rate in the control group was 90.2%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Daiwen can inhibit the deterioration of heart failure patients with renal failure, can effectively improve heart function.
