通过对罩式炉内保护气体的流动静压和动压的测量,计算出了炉内保护气体的流场分布,分析了引起罩式炉内保护气体流态不稳定、流场分布不均匀的原因,提出了改善炉内保护气体流动状态和流场分布的具体措施,为改善冷轧钢卷罩式炉退火质量提供参考。
By measuring the static pressure and the dynamic pressure of the protective gas in the hood furnace, the flow field distribution of the protective gas in the furnace was calculated.
