我国是能源资源严重短缺的国家。石油、天然气人均剩余可采储量仅有世界平均水平的7.7%和7.1%,储量比较丰富的煤炭也只有世界平均水平的58.6%。改革开放30年间,我国的节能减排工作取得了巨大成效:进入新世纪,节能减排工作大范围展开,新《节约能源法》使节约资源成为我国基本国策,节能减排工作已成为全社会参与的国事大事。我国通信基站常用节能减排措施包括新风自然冷却和热管换热。新风自然冷却由于其技术成熟可靠,节能换热效率高,获得广泛应用;但是由于室外大气污染严重直接影响新风节能利用效率;本课题通过研发模糊自动控制技术和设计全新通信基站节能新风系统,一方面解决空气滤网人工定期更换难题,另一方面改善了新风节能系统工作模式最大化延长自然冷源工作时长,使得新风自然冷却的在全国各类气象条件下得到全面应用和推广其节能潜力。
Our country is a country with a serious shortage of energy resources. The per capita recoverable reserves of oil and natural gas are only 7.7% and 7.1% of the world average respectively, and the coal reserves with abundant reserves are only 58.6% of the world average. In the 30 years of reform and opening up, China’s energy-saving and emission reduction work has achieved tremendous results: In the new century, energy-saving and emission reduction work has been carried out in a wide range. The new “Energy Conservation Law” has made saving resources a basic state policy in our country and energy-saving and emission reduction work has become the Participating state affairs. China’s communications base station commonly used energy-saving emission reduction measures include fresh air natural cooling and heat pipe heat exchanger. Fresh air natural cooling is widely used due to its mature technology, high energy-saving heat exchange efficiency, but due to the serious outdoor air pollution, it has a direct impact on the efficiency of fresh air energy utilization. This topic through the research and development of fuzzy automatic control technology and the design of a new communication base station energy- On the other hand, the working mode of the fresh air energy-saving system is maximized to extend the working hours of the natural cold source, so that the fresh air naturally cooled can be fully applied and promoted under all kinds of weather conditions in the country.
