基层公务员人才流失直接影响到我国基层党政人才队伍的综合素质。本文在分析基层公务员人才流失基本特征的基础上,阐述了人才流失形成的原因,研究探讨了吸引和留住人才的对策措施。
The loss of grassroots civil servants directly affects the overall quality of the grassroots party and government personnel in our country. Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the loss of grassroots civil servants, this paper elaborates the reasons for the brain drain and discusses the countermeasures to attract and retain qualified personnel.
